The Manitoba Council on Aging has sent a call for nominations for this years Aging Recognition Awards.
The Recognition Awards are offered in three categories:
- Senior volunteers who have made extraordinary contributions to their communities;
- Volunteers of any age who have made extraordinary contributions to the lives of seniors; and
- Intergenerational groups/initiatives that have made extraordinary contributions through activities that encourage and inspire interaction between younger and older generations.
